some programs, games and mods needs a .NET Framework 3.5. So I post these tutorial to install it.

.NET Framework 4.5 is automatically included with Win 8, Win 8.1 and Win 10.
This is not backwards compatible. That means, .NET Framework 3.5 has to be installed.

If a program needs the .NET Framework 3.5 or an older version, it requests normally the installation.
